In 1995 Paul Ryan and two partners founded Paragon Bermuda Ltd, located in Hamilton Bermuda.  In the ensuing three years, the company established itself as the leading provider of professional I/T services in Bermuda, conducting assignments for some of the largest Captive Management and Reinsurance companies in the world.

In 1998, Paul returned to Toronto to establish Paragon Bermuda (Canada) Ltd.  Since beginning operations we have conducted assignments for a number of the Major Banks and Insurance companies in Canada including:

Much of our work in the Insurance market was in the development of Inspections systems and in 2006 we began working with the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) on the design of a Food Safety Inspection system.

Our first release was delivered in 2006 and since then we have continuously enhanced the application to support Inspections for all Environmental Health Programs, Nuisance Complaints, Public Search, Google Maps, Billing & Permitting and a host of other functions.

While we have evolved to become a Product Company with the development of our Inspection Systems, we have maintained our roots as a Services Company and continue to provide Custom Application Development Services for many of our Clients.
