Our goal is simply to provide the best Support our Clients have ever experienced.
To accomplish that, we use Web technology to enable us to track issues, provide technical support as if we were on-site and deliver online training.
All of our Clients have access to a secure, threaded discussion database, which lets them enter enhancement requests and issues they may have encountered. Accessible from within their Inspection application, this database allows us to engage in a threaded discussion regarding any topic, so that our Clients can track their topics from start to finish. Users can enter comments and also attach files, such as screenshots, which help us to understand their requirement.
We also use Web Conferencing technology that allows us to meet with you on-line instead of in your office. You can easily allow us to see your screen so that you can demonstrate your point while we discuss it on the phone. Or, you can allow us to share your keyboard and mouse control so that we can take over and show you a solution. We can even record our on-line meetings so they can be shared with others later on.
While we always go on-site to deliver the initial deployment training, we use this same technology to deliver follow-up training as required.
This approach allows us to deliver support as if we were on-site, while reducing our Cost of Support and enabling us to deliver a more cost effective solution to you.
Customer Support is bundled in our fees, so there is no additional charge. While you probably won’t have to, we encourage you to call us as often as you like!
