EH Inspection system
Our EH Inspection system
We have worked extensively with a number of Local Public Health Agencies in the development of our Environmental Health Inspection system. Launched initially as a Food Safety Inspection system, our system has evolved over the years to enable the inspection of a wide variety of Environmental Health Programs including:
- Food; including Temporary Food Facilities,
- Mass Gatherings,
- Pools & Spas,
- Public Accommodations,
- Schools,
- Child Care,
- Tattoo/Body Art,
- Tanning,
- Septic Facilities,
- Subdivisions,
- Septic Installers,
- Septic Pumpers,
- Solid Waste, and
- Vehicle Inspection Stations,
In addition to supporting the inspection of all of the foregoing Programs, we also support the following optional Modules:
- Public Search, which allows the Public to search for limited Inspection Information using partial or complete Facility Names and/or Addresses using a web browser.
- Billing, which supports the complete spectrum of services including the:
- Automatic creation of initial and annual renewal License/Permit Fees,
- Automatic creation of additional Fees for such things as Complaint and Follow-Up Inspection and Overdue Accounts,
- Tracking of Payments against Fees and creation of Receipts, and
- Production of Statements and Permits.
- Certification Tracking, which supports tracking the Training of Food Handlers and the production of Food Handler Cards. The training can have been provided by your own internal staff or by approved third-party Training Providers. If you are using our Billing module, this module will also support the tracking of Charges and Payments for Training Fees. This Module will also allow the tracking of Training and Certification of staff in other programs, such as Pool Operators, Body Art and Tanning.
If you’ve been to our site before, you’ll know that we used to have a brief video posted here, which demonstrated how an Inspector would use the system. However, given the rate at which we add enhancements to our system, it’s almost impossible to keep the video up to date. A brief written overview of our system simply can’t do it justice either. If you would like to see the latest version of our product, please contact us and we will be happy to do a no-obligation web demonstration of our Inspection System.
Very often, people assume that the cost of an automated solution is unaffordable; especially in smaller Local Public Health Departments. As a result they continue using paper forms to collect and store information. We have created a cost justification model that allows you to quickly calculate the savings that can be achieved by your Health Department through the use of our system. If you would like a copy of the model, please contact us.
