Inspections are a very common practice in a number of business verticals. The terminology, and obviously the information required, is different for Environmental Health, Insurance Underwriting, Building Permit Issuance or Fire Control, but, at a conceptual level, the business process is fundamentally the same.

• Using a Laptop or Tablet PC to complete the inspection form in the field while disconnected from the Internet.
• Electronic Signature Capture. Our application saves the signatures as encrypted, “electronic ink”, which is embedded on the Inspection report.  This means that there is no need to save paper copies back in the office.
• Integration with other applications.  Importing or exporting information from/to other applications in your business is simple and eliminates redundant data entry and the associated errors.

Our application can be easily modified to accommodate different business verticals.  To customize our application to meet the unique requirements of a particular client, we simply replace the forms that are included with our standard offering, with the forms used by the Client.  This approach has proven to be extremely cost-effective in delivering customized applications.
